I can’t remember a time when I did not feel a need to create something, no matter what material came available to me. Scale (large) is important to me as well as vibrant color. Most of my paintings have been inspired by nature. Acrylic on canvas is my favorite medium because of its quick drying “forgiveness” and the fact that one can build up texture and underpainting rapidly.
